- Work closely with project leadership to assist in business and technology initiatives, as well as management of overall project tasks.
- File project documents and maintain central repository for all project documentation (status reporting, risk management, issue management change management, etc.)
- Support in the development and maintenance of the project schedule such as tracking project changes, including scope and timeline.
- Assist in the development of project status reports.
- In coordination with the project team and Agile Solution Manager identify, resolve and mitigate project issues.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, meeting minutes, ensuring resource participation, and documenting action items.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, etc., related to project.
- Assist project team in additional tasks, as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND four or more years of project management/coordination experience; and the following:
- Experience with technology development projects
- Intermediate skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in Project Management software
- Intermediate skills in SharePoint and relational databases.
