JOB DETAIL

  1. Salesforce & DocuSign Integration Strategy
    • Design and implement robust Salesforce-DocuSign integration strategies that meet the organization’s business needs.
    • Evaluate and refine integration points to maximize efficiency, reduce manual processes, and ensure seamless user experiences.
  2. Architecture & Solution Design
    • Develop and maintain technical architecture for Salesforce and DocuSign integrations, including data flow, security, and compliance frameworks.
    • Architect solutions that ensure data integrity, maintain scalability, and adhere to industry best practices and standards.
  3. Technical Implementation
    • Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Salesforce and DocuSign solutions.
    • Coordinate with Salesforce developers and admins to ensure seamless integration with DocuSign and other third-party applications.
  4. Compliance & Security
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) across document workflows.
    • Implement and monitor security best practices to protect sensitive customer and organizational data.
  5. Collaboration & Communication
    • Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand and fulfill requirements.
    • Communicate architectural designs and project timelines with team members and executive stakeholders.
  6. Documentation & Training
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of integrations, workflows, and configurations.
    • Provide training and support to end-users and internal teams to maximize solution adoption and usage.
  7. Troubleshooting & Optimization
    • Identify and resolve technical issues within Salesforce and DocuSign environments.
    • Continuously evaluate and optimize solutions to improve performance, functionality, and efficiency.
