We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Architect with a broad understanding of various systems to join our team. As a Salesforce Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions that align with our organization's overall enterprise architecture

  • Analyze business requirements and provide expert recommendations and roadmaps for Salesforce platform and application solutions, considering integration with other systems.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce architecture diagrams, ensuring that solutions are well-designed, scalable, and adhere to best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, mentoring and coaching team members on standard methodologies for design, development, and system integration.
  • Lead the development of proof of concepts (POCs) to validate the design and performance of solutions, leveraging your technical expertise to create innovative POCs that encompass various systems.
  • Oversee the successful implementation and transition of technology products and solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment, interoperability, and adoption across systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors, to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide expert guidance on Salesforce platform and its integration with other systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise during the implementation phase, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues across integrated systems.
