Provide support to the user community in the effective use of Tableau for reporting and data visualization.
- Respond to incident and support requests using ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
- Mentor and guide users in developing reports and utilizing reporting tools effectively.
- Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Tableau and other reporting tools.
- Assist in the migration of reports from Tableau to Power BI where applicable.
- Develop and debug SQL code to support robust reporting solutions.
Tableau Consultant Qualifications
- Extensive experience in creating and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Proficiency in Power BI is a significant advantage.
- Strong expertise in developing and debugging SQL code.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in data visualization and reporting.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow for managing incident and support requests.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
