JOB DETAIL

• Design end to end technical solutions for Salesforce Field Service, ensuring alignment with business process

• Extensive experience in FSL, including it’s data model, configuration and functionality

• Proficiency in Salesforce declarative development (Process Builder, Flows) and programmatic development (Apex, Visualforce, LWC)

• Hands-on experience with integration technologies like REST/SOAP APIs and middleware

• Knowledge of scheduling and optimization Algorithms

• Expertise in designing scalable and robust Salesforce solutions

• Familiarity with enterprise architecture framework and principles

• Experience in multi cloud implementations

• Incorporate the platform security features into a solution to meet data security requirements

• Architect a solution for optimal performance, scalability, maintainability, and reuse

• Recommend the data migration strategy, considerations, and appropriate tools to use Experience in technology transformation, design principles, integration patters, architecture considerations and development guidelines

• Describe the applicable design considerations and trade-offs when working within the constraints of the platform and data volumes

• Lead teams in technical projects

• Good / Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, initiative taking and innovative. Ability to lead Technical discussions during workshops.

• Be a single point of contact for the Customer, covering technical aspects of the entire solution

• Experience in B2B/B2C FSL and Channel Experience
