Provide prompt, effective, and courteous support for all SharePoint based application solutions within the ECM portfolio, supporting the NCDOT transportation lifecycle.
Monitor ServiceNow, ensuring timely responses to problems, questions, and requests.
Resolve end user issues swiftly, involving technical experts when needed.
Create and provide help documentation for common problems.
Gather and report issues on EAS systems during the daily executive status call.
Create new sites for Conceptual Express Designs, Preconstruction Projects, and upcoming Construction contracts, both on request and proactively.
Create and maintain access groups for various partners and internal teams.
Perform annual audits of access groups to ensure accurate membership and contact information.
Approve requests for lettings and grant access to Conceptual Express Design and Preconstruction Project sites.
Assist with ad hoc testing of new application development features as needed
