2. experience in Salesforce Architecture, working for major F500 company, Big 4, or major SI consulting practice implementing at least 5 large Salesforce projects
3. Must have an expert level understanding and 10+ years of directly working with of the Salesforce product suite, Preferably from Health cloud, Sales, Service, Community Experience
4. Salesforce business process design and rules configuration
5. Must have an extensive knowledge with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)

Expertise in full Salesforce application lifecycle development, including solutioning, planning, development, testing, environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies and operationalizing
Must have an expert level of knowledge in configuration as well as in declarative customization and APEX development
Expertise with Salesforce and enterprise architecture best practices design - weighing balance between configuration, customization, use of managed packages, app exchange apps, accelerators, and connectors
Must have an extensive experience with data migrations from third party systems to Salesforce
Must have a proven desire to continue to grow their knowledge inside the Salesforce ecosystem
Must have an extensive experience with platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL)
