Should have experience with Healthcare Insurance in Current project
Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare insurance domain, with a strong understanding of insurance policies, claims processes, and underwriting.
Proven experience in implementing or optimizing insurance software solutions (policy administration systems, claims management systems, etc.).
Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance products (medical, dental, vision, life) and the claims lifecycle.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and data analysis tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into business actions.
Ability to work in an Agile environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
