We’re looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead to guide a team of developers in building scalable Java applications, ensuring high-quality code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:
15+ Years if experience in Java development and 4 years in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of Java developers.
Design, develop, and maintain Java applications.
Ensure best practices and code quality standards.
Collaborate with teams to define technical requirements and solutions.
Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
Experience leading development teams.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
