·         10+ years of strong experience in ORA EBS solutioning and architecting, with techno-functional (20-80) %
·         Extensive experience with Oracle EBS R12, particularly in Financials and Supply Chain modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Purchasing (PO), and Inventory (INV).
·         Proficient in translating end-user requirements into functional specifications, such as Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Design (FD), for the technical team.
·         Experienced in leading design workshops and documenting future state business processes.
·         Skilled in configuring and extending Oracle Purchasing and Finance Modules (AP, AR, GL), especially in Invoice Matching functionalities.  – MUST HAVE
·         Capable of documenting and performing application configuration tasks.
·         Experienced in implementing and managing projects, including facilitating acceptance and ensuring successful completion.
·         Adept at analyzing complex situations to quickly identify key challenges, opportunities, and levers for change.
·         Skilled in translating complex business requirements into appropriate solutions and driving them to completion.
