10 + years of Functional experience in SAP Transportation Management with min 1 to 2 end-to-end implementations on S/4 HANA

Possess solid knowledge in SAP TM Master Data including Business Partner, Dangerous Goods transportation networks such as Locations, Routes, Zones and resources vehicles, Trailers, HU etc

Hands-on experience in OTR (order-based) & DTR (delivery-based) processes, including Selection, Planning profiles, Condition optimizer planning and scheduling, Freight Execution Carrier selection, Tendering, and costdistribution

Strong hands-on experience in SAP TM Charge Management, includes Rate Tables, Scales, Calculation Sheets, Freight Agreements

Strong hands-on experience integrating SAP TM with other areas such as SAP EWM, Freight Collaboration, SAP LBN, Project 44, and other third-party software such as PC Miler, SMC3, etc.

Nice to have SAP LBN hands-on experience, especially Dock Appointment Scheduling

Nice to know about ABAP Development, Debugging, custom objects such as BADI, functional modules, ALV Reports, etc.

Candidate should have experience working with businesses to understand their requirements

Must have good communication skills and be able to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
