• Develop and maintain ArcGIS Desktop and Pro applications using .NET.
• Design GIS web applications with ESRI’s JavaScript API and ArcServer.
• Implement geoprocessing tools, Python scripting, and geodatabase design.
• Integrate tabular data with GIS tools and optimize spatial operations.

Qualifications:

• GIS Tools: 4+ years with ArcGIS Desktop/Pro, Python scripting, and spatial data structures.
• Web Development: 3+ years with ESRI ArcGIS API for JavaScript, Java, and .NET.
• Database: 3+ years with Oracle 19c, Arc SDE, and geodatabase implementation.
• Programming: Proficiency in .NET, C#, and Java frameworks (Hibernate, Spring, Struts).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
