Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience managing IT application development and system integration efforts.
PMP and Scrum certifications., other relevant project management certifications preferred.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Monday.com (strongly preferred), Microsoft Project).
Experience working with data lakes, data warehouses, and large-scale data integration projects.
Proficiency in managing API development and integration efforts.
Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
Prior experience preferred with revenue management systems, or related capabilities in the hospitality industry (e.g., hotels, cruise lines, airlines) or other contract-related businesses.
Experience working with Foundry (Contour, Workshop, and/or Contour) a bonus.
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
