Proposal of Hiring a Visualization EngineerOur Data COE has continued evolve and develop in providing robust data products and solutions, but we now need to elevate the visual presentation and usability of this data to ensure it is intuitive and actionable of stakeholders. A Visualization Engineer on the team will allow us to streamline and enhance the design, development, usability and packaging of dashboards for our stake holders. A Visualization Engineer will ensure that data provided by the COE is easily interpretable, promoting quicker and more effective decisionsCurrently, the dashboards created vary in terms of design quality and usability.
