JOB DETAIL

Dynamic and Proactive ITSM Professional:
•    Proven self-motivation and a successful track record in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM) technologies.
•    Comfortable thriving in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
•    Organized and analytical with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
•    Demonstrated ability to implement projects on time to meet project schedules.
•    Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
 
Application Portfolio Management (APM) Experience: - Nice to have
•    Essential expertise in Application Portfolio Management (APM).
•    Emphasis on managing and optimizing the organization's portfolio of applications for enhanced efficiency and performance.
 
Technical Proficiency:
•    Intermediate level experience with ServiceNow implementations.
•    Understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
•    Proficiency in system integration using web services and other web-based technologies (XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP).
•    Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
•    Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and team members in a consultative fashion.
 
ServiceNow ITSM Modules:
•    Hands-on experience in the development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules:
•    Asset Management
•    Incident Management
•    Change Management
•    CMDB/Discovery
•    Service Mapping/Dependency Mapping
•    IT Asset Management
 
Technical Understanding:
•    Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities.
•    Understanding of technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow.
 
Scripting and Automation:
•    Proficient in creating and managing scripts and workflow.
•    Experience in one or more scripting languages: JavaScript, Python, PowerShell.
 
ITSM Fundamentals:
•    Fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL
•    Understanding of CMDB.
 
ServiceNow Scripting Aspects:
•    Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system.
•    Proficiency in ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs.
 
Web Services and Integration:
•    Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup, and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications.
Customization Skills:
•    Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly.
•    Implementation of Custom UI Changes with the usage of Web Technologies such as DOM, HTML changes.
