We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Functional Consultant with a minimum of 3 years of

experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of

NetSuite ERP functionality, business processes, and system optimization. This role

involves gathering client requirements, designing solutions, configuring NetSuite, and

providing ongoing support to ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

NetSuite Implementation & Configuration

Lead or support the implementation of NetSuite modules based on client requirements.
Configure NetSuite to align with business needs, including setting up workflows, custom fields, forms, and saved searches.
Ensure proper system setup, data migration, and user acceptance testing.

Business Process Analysis

Analyze and document client business processes, identifying areas for system optimization. Translate business requirements into functional solutions leveraging NetSuite capabilities.
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customizations and integrations when required.

User Training & Support

Provide training to end-users and create user manuals or training materials.
Act as the first point of contact for NetSuite-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving them promptly.
Support ongoing system enhancements and upgrades.

Reporting & Analytics

Design and deliver customized reports and dashboards to meet client needs.
Optimize NetSuite for improved reporting, ensuring accurate data analysis for business decision-making.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and
IT.
Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure the successful
delivery of projects.
Provide regular updates and feedback to clients on project progress.

Knowledge & Expertise:

In-depth understanding of NetSuite ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Inventory, CRM, O2C, P2P).
Expertise in SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBuilder, and saved searches.
Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in finance, supply
chain, and operations.
