- Total IT Experience required 10 Years
- Proven experience in managing and administering Citrix environments (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC, Citrix Provisioning Services, etc.).
- Experience with Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop versions and Citrix Cloud.
- Should have experience with Cisco DNA Center
- Strong experience in Active Directory, Group Policies, and network security configurations.
- Advanced knowledge of Citrix technologies, including XenApp, XenDesktop, and Citrix ADC.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
- Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, or similar).
- Familiarity with load balancing, VPN, and other remote access technologies.
- Understanding of ITIL framework and best practices for IT service management.
