Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor’s degree in information technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field plus one year of related technical work experience.
In lieu of a 4-year degree they will consider the equivalent combination of training and experience.

CERTIFICATIONS

Certified in any of the following: Net+, Security+, or CCNA, Cisco and/or Fortinet.

EXPERIENCE Our client requires a minimum of 3 years of experience:

Maintain all network and computer systems security to ensure all systems are operating correctly.
Install network hardware and software and makes needed upgrades and repairs.
Investigate, recommend, and install enhancements and operating procedures that optimize network availability.
Administer firewall, endpoint protection and other network security devices.
Resolve computer and network problems.
MUST have experience with both Cisco and Fortinet.
Serve as backup to the System Administrator.
