• Cross-Functional Coordination: Drive and align teams in support of key product initiatives by working closely with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, DevOps, and QA.
• Roadmap Development: Partner with Product Management to create viable roadmaps for platforms and capabilities, enabling the full potential of each product.
• Project Execution: Coordinate project development from initiation to release using Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC principles.
• Release Planning: Collaborate with business units to prioritize, plan, and complete development schedules for major product releases.
• Agile Methodology: Demonstrate proficiency in Scrum and Kanban methodologies, with an understanding of Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD).
• Team Metrics: Monitor and manage team velocity, financials, and other key metrics to ensure progress aligns with goals.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate impediments, risks, and issues to maintain momentum in product development.
• Training and Mentoring: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to Technical Project Managers, Agile Champions, and team members.
• Stakeholder Communication: Develop and deliver formal presentations, training, and executive-level updates to ensure all stakeholders are informed.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills

• Capable of running big room planning, RTE/AGILE/Safe Certified

• Strong Scrum backgrounds someone who work in enterprise level companies

• Managing and delivering Observability products using open-source frameworks, monitoring tools, and technologies.

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Technical Project Manager in a software development environment with multiple SAFe Agile teams.
• 2+ years managing and delivering Observability products using open-source frameworks, monitoring tools, and technologies.
• Experience with project budgeting and reporting.

Certifications:

• • SAFe and/or Scrum Master Certification is preferred.
  • PMP Certification is a plus.

Agile Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of Agile practices, SCRUM, Test Driven Development, SAFe, XP, and Kanban.
