JOB DETAIL

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to gather requirements, address issues, and report on project progress.
  • Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure project goals are met.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Implement best practices in project management and telecom industry standards.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are achieved.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and consistently with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain thorough project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
  • Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the telecom industry, managing projects of varying complexity.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of telecom technologies, including network infrastructure, wireless communication, and data transmission.
  • Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Client Focus: Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships and delivering projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
