JOB DETAIL

•    Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
•    - at least 5 years experience in Desk Side Support (Mandatory to have 1 year of banking experience)
- ⁠Experience in Batch Management, Patch Exclusion, IT Operation
•    2+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a financial services environment.
•    Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.
•    Familiarity with networking concepts and basic troubleshooting of network issues.
•    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
