JOB DETAIL

• 15+ years of experience in data architecture or technical architecture roles, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce Data Cloud within the financial services or banking domain.
• Proven success in architecting data solutions for enterprise-level environments, especially within highly regulated industries.
Technical Expertise:
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud, including data modeling, real-time data processing, segmentation, and integration capabilities.
• Extensive experience with API development, RESTful services, and integration platforms like MuleSoft, especially within Salesforce and core banking environments.
• Strong knowledge of data security, data privacy, and compliance standards, including PII protection and PCI-DSS.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data management tools (ETL, SQL, and data lakes) to support enterprise data strategies.
Salesforce Certifications: Preferred certifications include Salesforce Data Architect, Salesforce Application Architect, and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.
Business Acumen:
• Comprehensive understanding of data challenges, regulatory environments, and opportunities in digital banking, including member personalization and compliance.
• Ability to align data architectures with business goals and digital transformation objectives.
Soft Skills:
• Strong strategic and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and innovation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of articulating architectural decisions to executive and technical audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities, fostering a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced understanding of credit union regulations, such as UDAAP, Truth in Savings, and data privacy requirements.
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and its integration with Data Cloud.
• Familiarity with advanced analytics, machine learning, or AI as applied to digital banking.
