JOB DETAIL

  • Project Planning & Coordination:
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of the implementation process.
  • Lead the project kickoff, planning, and review meetings, and manage ongoing communication with stakeholders.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management:
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (including clinical operations, IT, vendors) to gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide status updates.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and alignment on project goals.
  • Implementation & Configuration:
  • Facilitate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training for end users.
  • Risk & Issue Management:
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Address issues promptly and escalate as necessary to senior leadership.
  • Manage change requests and scope modifications in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Performance Reporting & Monitoring:
  • Regularly track project performance, milestones, and deliverables against the project plan.
  • Prepare project status reports, and present progress to senior management.
  • Ensure that all documentation is properly maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
