Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of the implementation process.
Lead the project kickoff, planning, and review meetings, and manage ongoing communication with stakeholders.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders (including clinical operations, IT, vendors) to gather requirements, manage expectations, and provide status updates.
Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and alignment on project goals.
Implementation & Configuration:
Facilitate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training for end users.
Risk & Issue Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Address issues promptly and escalate as necessary to senior leadership.
Manage change requests and scope modifications in collaboration with stakeholders.
Performance Reporting & Monitoring:
Regularly track project performance, milestones, and deliverables against the project plan.
Prepare project status reports, and present progress to senior management.
Ensure that all documentation is properly maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
