Capital Technology Alliance (CTA) is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to provide IT Staff Augmentation Services for a state agency. The successful candidate will focus on validating performance, reliability, and functionality of critical IT systems. This role requires expertise in performance testing, risk analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure systems meet high-quality standards and Service-Level Agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in testing methodologies, workload modeling, and advanced performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute performance test plans to validate non-functional requirements (NFRs) and Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).
Identify key test scenarios and testing environments to certify the performance of business-critical functions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive coverage of test scripts and system requirements.
Analyze test results to identify discrepancies, ensuring all outputs align with performance benchmarks and SLAs.
Prepare and publish detailed performance analysis reports and lead review sessions with stakeholders.
Assist development teams with troubleshooting and system tuning to resolve performance bottlenecks.
Lead risk assessment efforts and provide recommendations for mitigating identified risks.
Work closely with development and business leads to align testing activities with organizational goals.
Maintain and review testing artifacts to ensure quality and compliance with established standards.
