JOB DETAIL

  • Technical: At-least 8 - 10 years of experience in Mainframe Development of COBOL, JCL , Unix Shell script
  • Basic knowledge in CICS
  • Good to have knowledge in WINSCP, DB2 , PL/SQL, VSAM, TX support
  • Supporting existing mainframe application batch jobs that runs on Unix platform and handling code maintenance activities for the existing COBOL programs and Unix Shell scripts
  • Good experience in preparing High level Requirements document, functional and non-functional document, and Business requirement document? Very good analytical and communication skills
  • Must be able to interact with clients business executives and technical team
  • Should be familiar with both Agile and Waterfall methodology? Assists in the development and documentation of business requirements and/or business solutions to solve problems and issues related to business operations? Ensures project dependencies are clearly defined, documented and communicated appropriately in terms of the time required to complete.Non-Technical:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and solve solutions to complex problems.
  • Ability to identify solutions, solve problem and improve processes and services by utilizing knowledge of internal business operations and external best practices.
  • Ability to plan and organize across multiple technology services disciplines. ? Excellent organization skills.
  • Extensive, in-depth and proven experience in project management and people management
  • Significant knowledge in Identity and Access Governance domain and how integration takes place
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and influencing skills? Proficient speaking and presentation skills
  • Experienced at prioritizing and looking at the big picture (key problem to be solved), without becoming caught up in details
  • Open minded and empathetic (with customers and users)? Ability to work in fast paced environments
  • Ability to prioritize and to move work forward, while juggling (daily) urgent requests
