- Previous experience working with multiple agencies and/or vendors and/or departments in an enterprise environment
- Minimum 5+ years of dealing with customers
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Project and Excel
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Remedy/Helix
- Minimum 3-5 years of working within a Telecommunications environment
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a large Enterprise setting
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience with multiple network platforms
- Minimum 3-5 years of working with multiple network lines of service
Preferred:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience with DevOps
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience with Clarity
