This Project management role is primarily focused on the coordination and communication side of O365, Active Directory migration track. The primary responsibility is to develop and implement communication around O365 Migration and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance during Migration.
Project Coordination and Execution: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all aspects of the migration are covered. Monitor project progress, adjust as necessary to ensure timely completion for O365 Migration of Coyote users to RXO domain and send actionable meeting minutes.
Stakeholder Mgmt. - Ensure stakeholder buy-in and support throughout the migration process, especially End user experience during migration and cutover/ Hypercare.
Communication, Documentation and Coordinate Change Mgmt.: Develop and implement plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes. Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
Cutover Coordination: Facilitate Temporary disruptions in service can occur during migration. Thorough planning, including off-peak migration times, ensures minimal downtime, safeguarding business continuity.
