The Quality Assurance Engineer will join a collaborative team environment, supporting the testing and validation of various applications and integrations. This role involves creating detailed test plans, managing defect reporting, and ensuring seamless coordination for customer testing. The candidate will work on both manual and automated testing methods, covering various platforms, including IVR systems, call centre integrations, desktop applications, and web/mobile applications.

### **Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**  

- Develop and execute comprehensive **test plans** and **test matrices**.  

- Manage defect tracking, reporting, and resolution.  

- Coordinate and oversee customer testing processes.  

- Monitor and report **testing status** and progress.  

- Collaborate with team members and management to support project-specific tasks.
