• Experience:
o 9+ years of experience with SAP solutions, including at least 3 years in S/4HANA implementations.
o Proven track record in SCM or retail roles, ideally within furniture, home goods, or consumer industries.
o Experience working with global consulting firms or large enterprise environments.
• Technical Skills:
o In-depth knowledge of SAP modules: MM, PP, WM, EWM, SD, CAR, and FMS (Fashion Management Solutions).
o Proficiency in SAP integration tools and middleware (e.g., PI/PO, CPI).
o Familiarity with analytics tools (SAP Analytics Cloud, BI/BO).
Preferred Skills and Attributes
• Expertise in SAP’s retail-specific solutions, such as IS-Retail.
• Experience with furniture industry trends, such as modular products and online configurators.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies for solution delivery.
1. Design and Strategy:
o Develop end-to-end SAP S/4HANA SCM solutions, focusing on procurement, inventory management, production planning, logistics, and warehouse operations.
o Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization aligned with industry best practices.
2. Implementation and Integration:
o Oversee configuration, customization, and deployment of SCM modules (MM, PP, WM, EWM, TM).
o Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD) and third-party systems.
3. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
o Analyze supply chain KPIs and identify areas for continuous improvement.
o Optimize workflows to reduce costs, enhance visibility, and improve lead times.
