4-5 years of US based experience
- Experience in Analysis and Design; creating detail design document
- Development and testing of Mainframe jobs
- Strong Experience of development in the following skills (COBOL, VSAM, IBM,DB2 Tools).
- Technical skillset Mainframe, COBOL, VSAM, CICS, IBM tools, DB2,EZT and JCL
- Will also be involved in functional testing and executing functional batch jobs and online programs and verification of results.
- Analytical and problem solving skills for design, creation and testing of programs.
- Interpersonal skills to interact with team members.
- Communication skills to work effectively with team members, support personnel, and clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good analytical and debugging skills
- Strong communication to coordinate with the interfacing applications
