- Highly experienced in requirements elicitation and documentation analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Software Development tools and ability to perform some scripting tasks.
- At least 5-years of experience working in software development teams using the Agile framework.
- At least 3-years of experience working as a Business Analyst or CSPO.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft DevOps, and other documentation tools.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certificate – Preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) in Computer Science or related field – Preferred.
- Experience with Carrier business rules and industry standards – Preferred.
- Supporting software development initiatives for Supply Chain Symphony. 5+ years working in a technology related role with focus on the following:
- Experience with Agile framework
- Experience with Databricks and MS SQL is desirable
- Leading discussions with large and distributed teams
- Experience with Microsoft DevOps
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Logistics is desirable
