JOB DETAIL

Architecture & Design:

Lead the design and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions, including CMDB integrations, custom workflows, and data models.

Architect and optimize ServiceNow platform capabilities to align with business objectives.

Define standards for CMDB configuration, ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices.

Development & Scripting:

Develop and maintain custom scripts, APIs, and integrations to enhance platform functionality.

Design and implement automated workflows using ServiceNow automation tools such as Flow Designer and Orchestration.

Ensure clean, efficient, and reusable coding practices.

Leadership & Mentorship:

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and administrators.

Lead workshops, training sessions, and best-practice sharing forums for internal teams.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with strategic goals.

Deployment & Mapping:

Oversee the deployment of ServiceNow modules, ensuring smooth implementation across ITSM, ITOM, and other workflows.

Perform comprehensive process mapping and business rule definition to optimize workflows.

Implement discovery tools for accurate asset tracking and relationship mapping in the CMDB.

Operations & Automation:

Leverage ServiceNow automation tools to streamline processes, reduce manual intervention, and improve efficiency.

Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for enhancements.

Implement proactive measures to mitigate risks, ensuring platform reliability and security.

Qualifications

Experience:

7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development, architecture, and implementation experience.

Proven expertise in designing and managing CMDB frameworks and integrations.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.

Strong knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, AngularJS, or similar) and API integrations (REST, SOAP).

Experience with ServiceNow automation tools, including Flow Designer, Orchestration, and Integration Hub.

Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping capabilities.

Leadership Skills:

Experience mentoring and leading development teams.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – CMDB or ITSM.

ITIL v4 Foundation or higher.
