Data Analyst

* Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

* Develop, design, and maintain interactive PowerBI dashboards and reports to support business objectives and decision-making processes.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven insights.

* Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable recommendations.

* Create and maintain documentation for data processes, dashboard designs, and analytical methodologies.

* Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics, PowerBI, and business intelligence tools.

* Provide training and support to end-users on how to effectively utilize PowerBI dashboards and reports.

Required

* Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

* Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

* Proficiency in PowerBI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.

* Strong SQL skills and experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).

* Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience with ETL processes.

* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

* Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

* Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
