capabilities for automation and straight through processing implementations


Ability to create multiple design options with pro's and
con's for implementation roadmap


Understading of Pega application deployment options,
dev-ops, ecosystem integration with Message Queues and REST/SOAP calls


Domain understanding on Payments, Payment investigations,
Financial services


Ability to lead team, review code and design with good
grip on project timelines and estimates to support PM / Scrum masters


Team player with good client facing skills
