• Pega 8.x design, development, and integration experience
• Hands on experience with Dev Studio for Workflows, UI , Business Rules, Routing, Security and Integrations
• Smart Investigate framework experience or financial services framework experience
• Good understanding of Pega AI/ML , GenAI , NLP capabilities for automation and straight through processing implementations
• Ability to create multiple design options with pro's and con's for implementation roadmap
• Understanding of Pega application deployment options, dev-ops, ecosystem integration with Message Queues and REST/SOAP calls
• Domain understanding on Payments, Payment investigations, Financial services
• Ability to lead team, review code and design with good grip on project timelines and estimates to support PM / Scrum masters
• Team player with good client facing skills

Good To Have:

• Good understanding of cloud, performance troubleshooting , deployment architecture
• Process improvement and process optimization experience
• Functional depth in ISO 20022 MX and MT messages
