- Proven experience in ServiceNow Development with expertise in GRC modules.
- Hands-on experience with configuring and implementing Policy Management, Risk Management, and Control Objectives.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow tools, including Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Studio.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Familiarity with security frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR.
- Understanding of ITSM processes and their integration with GRC modules.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
