- Total IT Experience required 10 Years
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, particularly in IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow development tools, including Studio, Flow Designer, and Service Portal.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript (client scripts, business rules, etc.).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and ITIL best practices.
- Experience with ServiceNow’s integration capabilities (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
