• Design, develop, and customize Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) to meet business requirements.
• Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Integrate Guidewire applications with other systems using APIs and web services.
• Perform unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and performance of applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand insurance workflows and deliver optimized solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing Guidewire applications, ensuring they align with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide technical support and resolve issues related to Guidewire systems.
• Document technical designs, processes, and solutions for future reference.

Qualifications:

Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire development.
• Proficiency in Guidewire Configuration and Integration, including GOSU programming.
• Strong understanding of the insurance domain, including underwriting, claims, and billing processes.
• Experience with Guidewire DataHub/InfoCenter is a plus.
• Knowledge of web services (SOAP/REST), XML, and SQL.
