Manage the end-to-end process for Digital Media Platform (DMEP) purchase requisitions, purchase orders, monthly accruals, and invoice approvals, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
Support DMEP’s cultural and brand initiatives including award recognitions and all hands meetings
Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline and improve DMEP processes
Essential Skills:
2+ years of business operations, project management, or strategy experience
Bachelor’s Degree, MBA a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel/ PowerPoint
Detailed-oriented, with exceptional communication and organizational skills
Agility and flexibility to pivot and shift to address ad hoc requests or changing priorities
Ability to work independently with limited general supervision and to effectively prioritize competing demands
