We have a long-term consulting engagement with a food manufacture to help oversee the Integrations to and from SAP, as well as the master data strategy, implementation, and management supporting these efforts. The client's SAP ecosystem has different SAP versions across their locations spanning from ECC and older versions to S4/Hana & Ariba. Largely, this will require a lot of OCM and Proj Mgmt work as you'll will be leading a lot of the company through first time implementations as well as those more experienced who are looking to enhance their business applications. For the most part, this will be a big leap for them to reach a digital world and that enables scalability and proving that this will remove performance barriers and delivering innovation. Executive leadership presence as well as being relatable with all levels of the customer population. s

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large organization serving in leadership roles.
• Master Data Management
• Integration to and from SAP systems
• Multiple SAP implementations serving as a lead
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• strong ability to navigate political environments and win people over behavior as the company culture is slow to change and very suspect to strangers.

Ideal skill set:

US Based – sharp, articulate that won’t run over people but has the confidence to uncover gaps and bring proven solution
