• Liaison Role: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team. Ensure clear communication and understanding of business requirements.
• Requirement Gathering: Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Salesforce projects. Ensure that requirements are well-defined and aligned with business objectives.
• Product Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals. Continuously refine and prioritize the backlog based on stakeholder feedback and changing business needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers to design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business needs. Facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• User Acceptance Testing: Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure that delivered solutions meet the defined requirements. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionalities. Ensure that users are well-equipped to utilize Salesforce effectively.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve Salesforce processes and workflows. Identify opportunities for optimization and implement best practices.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and training materials.
