We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in Microsoft Power BI and SQL database development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving process improvement initiatives, particularly focused on converting legacy database environments and reports into more advanced and streamlined solutions. This role will also involve a customer-facing component, addressing ad-hoc reporting inquiries and automation needs for the broader Product Development division.

Key Responsibilities

?Data Analysis & Visualization:
oDevelop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI to provide insights into key business metrics.
oAnalyze complex data sets using SQL to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

?Database Development & Maintenance:
oTransition database solution from an Access-based environment to a SQL-based data mart, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
oDesign, develop and maintenance databases to support various reporting and analytical needs.
oContiniously improve existing databases to adapt to evolving business needs

?Reporting & Documentation:
oManage ad-hoc inquiries related to reporting, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
oCreate comprehensive documentation of data processes, methodologies, and reports.
oEnsure the timely and accurate distribution of canned and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders.

?Requirements Gathering:
oCollaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
oTranslate business needs into technical specifications for reporting and analytics solutions.

?Stakeholder Engagement:
oWork closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that drive performance and efficiency.
oProvide training and support to team members on Power BI and data analysis best practices.

?Continuous Improvement:
oIdentify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in data collection, reporting, and analysis.
oStay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence.
