• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Community Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning.

• Proven experience with Salesforce development, administration, system integrations, and bug fixes.
• Understanding of Salesforce standard objects, including Leads, Account, Contacts, Opportunity, Products, Price book, Lead process, Sales process, and Forecasting.
