- Lead design, configuration, and enhancement of low-complexity applications in alignment with established processes and procedures.
- Estimate and assess the impact of requested changes to business systems and platforms, guiding workflow design and conducting thorough testing.
- Collaborate with leadership and business teams to develop and document new processes and maintain technical documentation.
- Conduct peer design and code reviews, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Serve as a liaison with business stakeholders and vendor implementation staff to ensure that system changes meet business needs.
- Support end-user production by troubleshooting issues and providing timely updates on status.
- Actively engage with end users to deliver training and develop supporting materials.

What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience (High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years of relevant experience).
- 3+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in application analysis or project delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO configuration, with proven skills in troubleshooting, user training, and documentation.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and common internet applications.
- Demonstrated ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to operate within a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to ambiguous situations, and work effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or travel as needed (up to 5%).
