JOB DETAIL

  • Lead design, configuration, and enhancement of low-complexity applications in alignment with established processes and procedures.
  • Estimate and assess the impact of requested changes to business systems and platforms, guiding workflow design and conducting thorough testing.
  • Collaborate with leadership and business teams to develop and document new processes and maintain technical documentation.
  • Conduct peer design and code reviews, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Serve as a liaison with business stakeholders and vendor implementation staff to ensure that system changes meet business needs.
  • Support end-user production by troubleshooting issues and providing timely updates on status.
  • Actively engage with end users to deliver training and develop supporting materials.
  • Maintain flexibility to adapt to changing user requirements and business needs.
  • Apply analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to proactively identify and implement workflow improvements.
  • Contribute to cross-functional collaboration and ensure a consistent focus on quality, compliance, and alignment with company values.
     

What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience (High School Diploma/GED and 4+ years of relevant experience).

  • 3+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in application analysis or project delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO configuration, with proven skills in troubleshooting, user training, and documentation.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and common internet applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to operate within a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to ambiguous situations, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or travel as needed (up to 5%).
