JOB DETAIL
? Technical acumen to understand API integrated systems and API components to be able to successfully coordinate across Engineering, Product and 3rd Party teams.? Fluent with Agile SAFe methodology? Drives Scrum of Scrums and identifies and addresses complex inter-team technical dependencies, bridges gaps in Program Delivery? Anticipates, tracks, and resolves risks, dependencies, issue and impediments to program/journey delivery.? Contributes to prioritization discussions and helps assess feasibility and capacity constraints to deliver the required milestones? Works with product & engineering stakeholders to build and execute against delivery roadmap, implementation plan and change management activities? Provides and consolidates inputs for leadership updates; facilitates meetings with leadership on delivery status and key decisions needed to support project delivery? Participates in PI planning meetings and other Agile ceremonies for team/teams? Ensures compliance with the Technology SDLC , AMPO (Agile Management product operations)and Regulatory process and standards.? Tracks and interprets relevant OKR/KPIs; identifies key insights & next steps
