Design, implement, monitor, and support the complex and ongoing infrastructure remediation efforts for the DMV Transformation Program. Specifically focused on technologies including CM SiteMinder CA SM Walker, Win Server 2008 64, IIS 6, and Oracle.
Duties
- Plan, implement and monitor the transformation of current systems to centralized modern solutions.
- Provide support in troubleshooting various integration issues between Identity and Access Management applications.
- Operational responsibilities for managing and supporting the Identity and access management services including system & software upgrades, maintenance & tuning.
- Perform system administration tasks including account maintenance.
- Design and implementation of Identity and access management solutions using LDAP & CA-Broadcom suite of products.
- System enhancements, operational and maintenance responsibilities for DMV systems including Enterprise Content Management and Reporting systems including Documentum, Content Manager, Kofax and Business Activity Monitor.
- Ensure the integrity of the agency’s stored data.
- System Monitoring and Performance tuning. SQL server upgrades and optimization.
- Oracle server upgrades and optimization.
- Upgrades and optimization of various DMV in-house and COTS systems

- Experience (14+Years)
- Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-level architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system.

- 84 Months experience with CA SiteMinder 12.51 or higher
- 84 Months experience with CA SM Walker 5.5 or higher
- 60 Months experience with Win Server 2008 64 or higher
- 60 Months experience with IIS 6 or higher
- 60 Months experience with Oracle Entitlements Server, Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM)
- 24 Months Experience with Open-Text Documentum, Business Activity Monitor, IBM-Content Manager, Kofax & associated storage.
- 42 Months experience with Oracle directory server Enterprise Edition (ODSEE), Oracle Unified directory (OUD), CA LDAP.
- 42 months experience with PL/SQL & Object-Oriented programming.
- Master’s Degree in a computer-related field
- 12 months experience working with NYS agencies
