• Application Teams) utilizing Event Management and Alert Management to onboard and help maintain Service Level Objectives (SLO) into system of record (Fortuna) and downstream event pipeline onboarding. Supplier will also work with Infrastructure technical teams to onboard events into ServiceNow.

• Track Configuration Item (Business Application) and Infrastructure Onboarding into SLO repository (Fortuna)support.

• Provide Governance and tracking support.

• Resources will follow defined governance procedures for ensuring Configuration Item owners are following IT Standards.

• When gaps are identified resources will follow up with CI Class owners and close gaps.

• Assist\train customers on how to create effective SLOs and engage with exception processes when technical limitations exist.

• Work with dependent process (Site Reliability Management, SRE, Event Management and Incident Management, CMDB) to create enhancement stories that will improve SLO efficacy and value when passing Even\Alert traffic to ServiceNow.

• Record and attempt to resolve SLO creation impediments.

• Report blockers to Stakeholders.
