Platform Architect

• Proficient in creation of automated remediation using Ansible and Puppet and other observability and orchestration tools as needed.

• Aware of ServiceNow Playbooks capabilities and orchestrating from Event and Incident modules within system of record (ServiceNow).

• Strong verbal and technical writing skills are a must.

• Connect with Application\Infrastructure teams utilizing Event Management and Knowledge Management (Playbooks) processes to onboard Playbooks into common Playbook repository.

• Track Configuration Item classes onboarding into ServiceNow playbook repository.

• Assist\train customers on how to create playbooks and integrate with approved remediation and residency tools from the ServiceNow playbooks.

• Work with dependent process (CMDB, Event Management and Incident Management, Knowledge Management) to create enhancement stories that will improve Playbooks detection and efficacy(resolution) at Alert, Incident\Major Incident phase.

• Record and attempt to resolve Playbook effectiveness and efficiency impediments.

• Report blockers to Stakeholders

• Baseline the major incident volume within the first three months of the engagement.
