• 5+ years of related experience is required.
• Prior experience in consumer electronics preferred
• Prior experience with displays and merchandising in Lowes, Home Depot and Best Buy preferred
• Prior project management experience in an environment with multiple stakeholders, dependencies and vendors required
• Prior experience managing, developing and inspiring marketing staff required
• Prior experience managing fabrication and installation vendors required
• Must be able to identify, analyze, interpret, present, explain and execute retail marketing strategies and executions
• Must have experience with Microsoft Standard Office Suite and intermediate powerpoint skills
• Graphic design skills (Photoshop) considered a plus
• Ability to successfully navigate a highly matrixed corporate landscape and lead by influence with strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
