•             8+ years of experience in a business analysis role, 8+ years working with data/reporting

•             Collaborate with various business stakeholders to gather requirements and write user stories.

•             Strong organizational, time management, and project prioritization skills.

•             Experience in an Agile environment and knowledge of Agile methodology & frameworks

•             Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with audiences spanning from peers to executives.

•             Excellent written communication skills; ability to clearly express thoughts and ideas through documentation.

•             Experience with Excel, and PowerPoint

•             Formal business analysis skills on project work is preferred.

•             Must demonstrate the ability to analyze problems, probe facts, analyze issues and present alternative solutions.

•             Insurance Industry experience preferred

•             Onshore resource preferred
